Your driving instructor will behave in a professional and polite manner at all time. Physical contact will be avoided at all times except during the course of greeting, an emergency or any situation where your safety is at risk.

You must hold a current valid licence, either provisional or full. Your licence must be produced on the first lesson. You must also be able to read a number plate from a distance 20.5 metres (67 feet) using your glasses if normally worn.
Lesson payments should be made at the beginning of each lesson.
Where the instructor in unable to undertake the lessons for whatever reason, then either a full refund will be given, or the lesson will be rescheduled to a convenient time for both the instructor and the pupil.
You will need to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel a lesson. Any lessons cancelled within this period must be paid for in full before any further lessons will be booked.
Use of the vehicle
In the interest of yours and the public’s safety, we reserve the right to withdraw the use of the training car for the driving test, if in our opinion, your driving is potentially or actually dangerous.
After arriving at your nominated pick up point for your lesson but there is no reply at the address in question, we will wait approximately 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes, you have not made contact or we are unable to reach you, the lesson will be abandoned and you will be required to pay for the lesson(s) in question.
Cambridge Driving School act as an agency between yourself and your instructor. All of our instructors are self-employed individuals. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint regarding your driving lessons, any issues should at first be raised with your driving instructor. If you feel this issue has not been resolved, please contact Cambridge Driving School.
