Driving instructor jobs / franchise with Cambridge Driving School
Cambridge Driving School place great emphasis on providing a high quality and efficient service to our learners. As a result, we have gained a reputation for this quality service. By providing our instructors with a highly competitive and fair franchise means you don't have to work all hours to achieve a decent salary. By working fewer hours, means better quality tuition.
As a newly qualified or experienced driving instructor you maybe deciding whether to join a large national driving school or a local driving school like Cambridge Driving School. First and foremost, you will be your own boss. You will be in charge of your own diary. You decide when and where you work and how many hours per day.
We believe that as a driving instructor, you should have the complete freedom to be your own boss. If you are in need of any help or advice however, then we are just a phone call away, 7 days a week.
Option 1 Franchise only
Cambridge Driving Schools franchise fee is simple. A full time franchise is £85.00 per week and part time is £45.00. A full time franchise is entitled to 2 weeks franchise free per year.
The franchise does not start until you have been provided with at least 10 hours of work. We like to think that our instructors stay with us because they want to. Therefore we do not ask at any point for a contract to be signed. Option 1 required that you provide your own tuition vehicle.
Option 2 Franchise plus tuition car
Option 2 offers the same as option 1 but a tuition car is provided. A contract must be signed although this is for the tuition vehicle only. You are still entitled to leave Cambridge Driving School if you wish.
An example of a car provided would be a 58 Ford Fiesta zetec 1.4 petrol black 5 door, bluetooth, a/c, heated screen.
Contracts range from 7, 12 and 18 months.

Includes fully maintained, clean and tidy car with dual controls, tax , car servicing and worn tyres. Breakdown cover with replacement car. Payments must be made directly to the car rental company.

What we expect from you
It is essential that our instructors are punctual, polite and patient at all times. We do not control your diary, all we ask is that you keep us informed when you need more pupils. When you receive a new pupil and is not ideal to your location or times, please let us know and we shall deal with it from there.
